Supply Chain Supervisor

We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to help us manage our inventory system and procurement team. We need a person who is both analytical and strategic to ensure we get the quality components we need, when we need them, in the right quantities and at the lowest possible acquisition cost.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement new concepts in work simplification and cost reduction

  • Develop skills and abilities of indirect reports in the supply chain functions of the organization

  • Promote and monitor safe work practices for all related work activities.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies as they apply to the inventory control

  • Helps manage and coordinate all project logistics

  • Responsible for the inventory module within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

  • Comply with the safety and environmental policies and procedures for the storage and handling of dangerous good

  • Help with leading the continuous improvement and execution of purchasing strategy, policies, and guidelines

  • Ensure end-to-end procurement function is performed in accordance with clients' schedules

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in strategic sourcing / replenishment / purchasing experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERP experience

  • University degree (preferred)

Sales Representative

We are looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Generate leads

  • Meet or exceed sales goals

  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients

  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports

  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

  • Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients

  • Prepare and submitting sales contracts for orders

  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services

  • Maintain client records

  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field

  • Experience in sales

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

  • A commitment to excellent customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
